Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Bangkok Screen Co., Ltd., 62 Rama 2 Road, Thakham, Bangkhuntien, Bangkok 10150, Thailand, is the data controller for the information described here.

2. What we collect

• Inquiry form: full name, business email, phone number, company, country, job position, subject, message, and the page language.
• AI assistants: the text you type into the chatbot or the "fill the form with AI" box (see section 4).
• Technical data: your IP address and basic request details, used for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting; and signals processed by Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots.
• Usage statistics: aggregated, privacy-focused website analytics (Vercel Analytics) with no advertising cookies.
• Download pages: when you open a shared download link, the file name and any password you enter to unlock it.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your inquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and provide customer support.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it (using aggregated data).
• We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising profiling.

4. AI features

The website has two AI features: the chat assistant and the "fill the form with AI" helper on the Contact page. When you use them, the text you type is sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, to generate a reply or to suggest form entries.

Please do not type sensitive personal data (for example ID numbers, health or financial information). We do not keep the content of these AI conversations in our own database; the AI provider handles it under its own terms and privacy policy. The AI only suggests values for the form: you review and edit them, and nothing is sent to our team until you press "Send message". AI output can be wrong, so please check it.

Using the "fill the form with AI" helper is optional and requires your confirmation; the form works fully without it.

4.1 Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf and only for these purposes:

• Supabase — database and server functions (stores inquiries).
• Vercel — website hosting, analytics and image storage.
• Resend — delivery of the notification email to our sales team.
• Google reCAPTCHA — bot detection on forms.
• OpenAI — AI chat assistant and form helper.
• Our own staff in sales and customer support who need the information to answer you.
• We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside Thailand

Some of these providers process data on servers outside Thailand. We share only what is needed and take reasonable steps to protect the data.

6. How long we keep it

• Inquiries: up to 2 years, then deleted or anonymised.
• Copies of notification emails follow our company mailbox retention practice.
• Security and rate-limit records: short-lived (hours to days).
• AI conversation text: not stored in our database (the AI provider handles it under its own terms).

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask us to access or obtain a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete or anonymise it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect earlier use). To exercise a right, email us. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We store your language preference and similar functional items in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies and is subject to Google's privacy policy.

9. Security

We protect personal data with access controls, encrypted connections, rate limiting and bot detection, and limit access to staff who need it. No online service is completely secure, so please share only what is necessary.

10. Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
